This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and program changes for services purchased through phakronxshon.ddd.
Overview
Due to the nature of our wellness training programs, which involve customized content development, coach allocation, resource preparation, and scheduled training sessions, our return and refund policies differ from traditional product returns. We encourage all prospective clients to thoroughly review program details, ask questions, and participate in consultation calls before enrollment.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our wellness training programs. If you are not satisfied with your ThriveRoutine experience, we are committed to working with you to address concerns and find solutions. Our goal is your success, and we will make reasonable efforts to ensure our programs meet your organizational needs.
Initial Consultation Period
All new clients receive a comprehensive consultation before program enrollment. During this consultation, we:
- Assess your organization's wellness needs and challenges
- Explain program structure, content, and expected outcomes
- Answer questions about our methodology and approach
- Provide transparent pricing and timeline information
- Ensure our programs align with your goals and expectations
This consultation period is designed to ensure informed decision-making and reduce the likelihood of dissatisfaction after enrollment.
Refund Eligibility
Foundation Program Refunds
For our 12-week Foundation Program:
- Full refund available if cancellation occurs within 7 days of enrollment and before the first training session
- 50% refund available if cancellation occurs within the first 2 weeks and before the second training session
- 25% refund available if cancellation occurs within the first 4 weeks
- No refunds available after 4 weeks or 30% program completion, whichever comes first
Advanced Program Refunds
For our 24-week Advanced Program:
- Full refund available if cancellation occurs within 10 days of enrollment and before the first training session
- 60% refund available if cancellation occurs within the first 3 weeks
- 40% refund available if cancellation occurs within the first 6 weeks
- 20% refund available if cancellation occurs within the first 8 weeks
- No refunds available after 8 weeks or 25% program completion, whichever comes first
Enterprise Solution Refunds
For our customized Enterprise Solution:
- Refund terms are specified in your individual service agreement
- Generally, full refund available within 14 days of contract signing if no customization work has begun
- Partial refunds may be available based on services delivered and resources allocated
- Custom development, materials creation, and coach allocation costs are non-refundable once work has commenced
Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following items and services are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Initial consultation and assessment fees
- Custom content development and program customization work
- Completed training sessions, workshops, and coaching calls
- Digital resources and materials that have been accessed or downloaded
- Third-party service fees, including payment processing charges
- Administrative and setup fees
- Promotional or discounted program pricing differences
Cancellation Process
How to Cancel
To request a cancellation and potential refund:
- Submit a written cancellation request to help@phakronxshon.world
- Include your organization name, program type, enrollment date, and reason for cancellation
- Provide any relevant documentation supporting your cancellation request
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
- You will receive a written response with the cancellation decision and refund amount, if applicable
Cancellation Timeline
Cancellation requests are processed according to the following timeline:
- Request acknowledgment within 24 hours
- Review and decision within 3-5 business days
- Refund processing within 7-10 business days of approval
- Refund appearance in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
Cancellation Effective Date
Cancellations are effective on the date we receive your written request, not the date you decide to cancel. To ensure timely processing and maximize potential refund eligibility, submit cancellation requests as soon as possible.
Program Changes and Modifications
Switching Programs
If you wish to switch from one ThriveRoutine program to another:
- Program changes are allowed within the first 4 weeks of enrollment
- Price differences will be calculated based on services already delivered
- Upgrade to a higher-tier program: Pay the difference in pricing
- Downgrade to a lower-tier program: Receive credit toward future services, no cash refunds

Schedule Changes
We understand that organizational needs and schedules can change:
- Training session rescheduling is available with 48 hours notice at no charge
- Program pause options may be available for up to 30 days in cases of organizational restructuring or unforeseen circumstances
- Timeline extensions may be granted with additional fees to cover extended coach availability
- Contact your wellness coach or help@phakronxshon.world to discuss scheduling modifications
Organizational Changes
Participant Changes
If employee participants change during the program:
- Participant substitutions are allowed at no additional charge
- New participants will receive onboarding materials and catch-up resources
- Significant participant turnover may require program adjustments, which will be discussed with your organization
Company Restructuring or Acquisition
In cases of merger, acquisition, or significant organizational restructuring:
- Contact us immediately to discuss program continuation options
- We will work with you to transfer or modify the program as needed
- Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on circumstances and services delivered
- Program credits may be offered for future use by the new organizational entity
Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events:
- ThriveRoutine will make reasonable efforts to continue delivering services through alternative means
- Programs may be transitioned to virtual delivery if in-person sessions become impossible
- Timeline extensions may be granted without additional fees
- If service delivery becomes impossible, refunds will be provided for undelivered services
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the following methods:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for enrollment
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- ACH transfer refunds may take 7-14 business days
- Check refunds are issued within 14 business days and may take additional time for mail delivery
- Payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from refund amounts
Disputes and Resolution
If you disagree with a cancellation or refund decision:

- Provide any additional information or documentation that supports your position
- Request escalation to a senior manager for review
- We will conduct a thorough review and provide a final decision within 10 business days
We are committed to fair and reasonable resolution of all disputes and will work diligently to find mutually acceptable solutions.
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Chargebacks:
- May result in immediate suspension of services
- Incur additional administrative fees
- May affect your ability to enroll in future programs
- Will be contested if services were delivered as agreed
We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly when you contact us directly.
Program Guarantee Exceptions
Our satisfaction guarantee and refund policies do not apply in the following circumstances:
- Failure to attend scheduled training sessions without prior notice
- Lack of participant engagement or effort in program activities
- Unrealistic expectations that were addressed during the consultation period
- Dissatisfaction based on factors outside ThriveRoutine's control
- Violation of our Terms of Use or program participation guidelines
- Requests made after the applicable refund eligibility period

However, cancellations and refunds for programs enrolled before policy changes will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of enrollment.
Governing Law
This Return Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this policy will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms of Use.
